In the opinion of many people the worst criminals are the ones who steal from and take advantage of elderly people. Cynthia Stiger along with the co-owner (and off an on lover) of Apple of Your Eye Home healthcare Wilbert James Veasey got involved in what appeared to be a easy way to make a lot of money fast. Although they claim to be innocent, neither of them had any experience in Home Healthcare or Medical profession. If you've ever started a business you know how difficult it can be to create a successful business when 80% of new businesses fail. Not for Veasey and Stiger, with no experience in this field of endeavor they billed nearly 10 Million dollars in a 5 yr period. Life was great! Lavish company parties atteneded via limo for company employees was just the tip of the iceberg.
